Our Story
Returning to my full-time job after maternity leave sparked a deep desire to learn simple, realistic ways to incorporate Montessori-inspired play, gentle discipline, attachment-based parenting, intentional routines, and low-tox living into our family’s everyday life. While searching for resources, I struggled to find one space that brought all of these interests together in a grounded and approachable way.
I created Jade + Sun Motherhood to share what I’ve learned along the way and to offer encouragement, inspiration, and practical ideas for fellow mothers navigating the beauty and challenges of early motherhood.
